That’s the challenge Insperity was facing when presenting themselves to potential candidates. Everything they were saying was 100% true. More like 110% true. Insperity’s current employees are passionately loyal in large part because of their volunteerism boosting, family first culture.

But, everybody says that. Our task was developing an Employment Brand that makes candidates believe it. Something that didn’t just sound like another sales pitch.

We went directly to the voices that matters most, their current employees. We conducted surveys and focus groups to help us uncover what makes Insperity’s culture so attractive. Why do you stay here even though you could get paid a little more elsewhere?

What we learned is that long time employees stay because they feel like they are part of something special. New employees were blown away when they discover the true depth of the company’s commitment to them. All of them said that they felt like they had found the company they always wanted to work for.

So, instead of a sales pitch, we created a call to action that speaks directly to people looking for a purpose rather than just a position. An invitation to make a great company even better.
